By accessing or using the website and services provided by AdMentions (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.
To use our services, you must represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

AdMentions has a zero-tolerance policy regarding invalid traffic (IVT). You are strictly prohibited from:
Warning: If we detect invalid traffic, your account may be suspended immediately, and all unpaid earnings may be forfeited to refund advertisers.
AdMentions will pay you a share of the Net Revenue actually collected from advertisers. Payments are made on a Net-30 or Net-60 basis (as specified in your dashboard agreement) via PayPal, Wire Transfer, or other supported methods. The minimum payout threshold is $100.
The Service and its original content (including code, scripts, designs, and logos) are and will remain the exclusive property of AdMentions and its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our ad codes without prior written consent.
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
In no event shall AdMentions, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Dubai.
